hehe I'm gonna be reisen for halloween yay
I was kind of saying it jokingly to my mom that I should dress up as something this year and that I wanted to be well you know

now my mom has never really helped make me a costume because she's like 'its too expensive'
but she surprisingly agreed to help me make it so I was like
huh

so I decided to go with a simple outfit, either rumia or reisen probably
in the end we went with reisen because found like, an amazing fancy jacket for 3$ at a SEARS (the original price was like 50 something but it was in a major discount pile)
it was even a small too
and I think that in itself made my mom say 'yes', just because of the convenience

so then

its not gonna be too great since I'm not too good with getting things accurate, but I'll take pictures and maybe post them on DA if my friend thinks its an ok idea

ok time to go back to reading a textbook for a test tomorrow
of course I do everything at last minute

today I read 23 pages out of 40 so yay half way done I'll go in like, 10 minutes, you know, procrasination

school's been pretty rough as far as grades go
eegghh horrible


I've also had like no time to draw at home
I've been doing ap studio assignments and painting assignments though maybe I'll post those one day

uhh well I just finished playing 358/2 days
it was nice
plot was really endearing and heartwarming, and I really love the music for the nobodies, or like for special missions like the deserters
I feel like I like roxas a lot more than sora, not as annoying, even the other disney characters didn't find him as annoying and complied with him better than they did with sora which I thought was cute lol
A nice change also to the way the game works, like I enjoyed the organization point of view
xigbar was so cute gnngh

some of the vo was pretty meh but I still liked it enough to listen to it
the game also has a pretty satisfying ending
I spent around 24 hours on it so I guess you could say its pretty short (?)

I heard that the E7 movie is playing september 24(?) which is a thursday
and my friend told me its playing near a theater near him
but I heard its only for one day..?
which would suck because I can't go to the bronx on a thursday considering I have school the day after
I'll have to wait for it to come to dvd I guess >:

Occasional sore throat, and major headaches, and aching um
body parts
like my legs and etc
and occasional stuffy nose

I really want some chicken soupppp but we don't really have soups in our house
and it takes my mom all day basically to make her soup so I don't think she'll make it

EDIT- oh I see DA has some ads too LOL wow I'm so oblivious

just thinking about all the work I'm gonna have this year I'm already tired
several AP courses, the SATs, Cooper Union scare (applying for a portfolio class that appears to be very competitive says my mom) and huff too much for me to think about

I'd much rather sit at home staring at my wall

besides that this year's been pretty nice
besides wake up time
even though I'm deathly shy, I've found talking to new people alright, much easier than previous years anyways

Well
my friend stayed over my house for
2 weeks and 3 days
and now I'm all sad that he's gone urgh

I went to the city with him yesterday to watch ponyo
it was really really good! Its refreshing to see really nice and clean animation in theaters, considering its been forever since I've seen an actually animated movie in theaters.
I felt like it could've been better in some areas, like the ending not as satisfying as other studio ghibli endings were, and the ending song was god awful. I really liked the father of ponyo a lot, I'm just sad they couldn't use him more, but he wasn't necessarily a villain either, so it probably would've been hard. Ponyo herself was a really memorable character. I do know that it was geared towards a younger audience as well as the older ones, so that limits a lot of what the film could do, but as my friend told me, it was nice to see miyazaki work on a light-hearted film, and the movie was incredibly adorable and definitely worth traveling to the city for and watching

anyways I have to start school in a week, and I still haven't gotten all of my summer reading done
thus far here is a list so that I don't have to type it out in proper sentence format:

I'm going to try fitting in some drawing with this work that I have to finish, but besides that I'll be working to finish up this summer work!
